Recommendations

I met Danny at the Wellington Hospital where I was the Chief HR Officer. Keith Hague our CEO brought Danny into work with the Executive Team to design and implement a Leadership Development Program.

Danny set the program off with a fabulous retreat which he designed to help the leadership team get to understand and appreciated each other at the core level. We then all had a series on one to one leadership coaching session with Danny and a followed up a further retreat the following year.

The retreat demonstrated our growth over that year. Working with Danny was my first experience of Executive Coaching, even at the time with no comparision I knew Danny was exceptional. Reflecting back now after too many years and numerous interactions with coaches, I can see Danny is truly exceptional, I have yet to find a more insightful or intuitive coach. Danny had a significant impact on our leadership teams performance and leadership capabilities. When people ask me what was my most impactful training or development experience, it’s not my MBA, it’s the coaching I received from Danny.

I could not recommend Danny highly enough he is a very special and gifted individual who will make a difference in your organisation, your life and your career but only if you are truly ready for that journey.

I have good memories of the coaching sessions with Danny – it started of rather easy, but gradually they became more intense and more interesting!

Also the team building session on my first real management position was memorable and successful! He is always operating with an eye for the individual, always capable of giving advice and direction, yet leaving enough space to find your on way. For me his strongest point is that he is always able to let you find out yourself what the options are in case you bump into difficulties – respectful, knowledgeable, humorous and sincere!
